On January 23, we held the AI Empowered Educators project’s first face-to-face transnational meeting in Budapest. The main purpose of the meeting was to comprehensively evaluate the results achieved so far, summarize the lessons learned, and plan the next development phase in detail.
The partnership reviewed the professional materials that form the basis of the project: research reports, experiences from national and international PLA events, and the requirements specification prepared for platform development. The meeting focused on the scheduling of training development (WP2) and platform development (WP3): specifying tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines for the next six months.
During the meeting, we recorded the key steps for the next period: refining the structure of the modular teacher training program, developing the badge logic, preparing national adaptations, and the platform development roadmap (architecture, backend–frontend, AI integration, and testing).
Quality assurance was a key topic: peer review processes, internal validation rounds, KPIs, and the practical framework for cooperation.
TPM1 reinforced the project’s shared mission: to develop teachers’ AI competencies, support personalized and inclusive learning environments, and create an AI-based tool platform that also supports curriculum development and differentiated instruction in Hungary, Poland, and Romania.
