EduBot – KickOff Meeting
The launch conference of the EduBot project took place on 15 December 2022 in the online environment, during which the partner organizations – the Interregio Forum Association from Hungary, the Harghita County Council and the RegioNet Foundation from Romania, Instytut ADN from Poland, and Tandem n.o. from Slovakia presented themselves to each other. On the part of the lead partner, Endre Borsos, president of the Interregio Forum Association, explained the project, its objectives and the partners reached a mutual agreement on the necessary activities and communication tools for the successful implementation of the project.
The partners agreed on the division of tasks and discussed the financial aspects of the project. They identified a list of tasks to be carried out in the next project period, including
- preparation of partnership agreements,
- presentation of the Tanlet application,
- the first newsletter,
- and the development of the project’s branding and social media communication platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn).
The partners also agreed on the date of the next, first face-to-face meeting, which will take place in Budapest.
